ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR CANADA VISA
1. Indian National holding a valid Indian passport can apply for Canada Visa.
2. Person wishes to travel to Canada for the purpose of Tourism/Family or friends Visit/Business can apply visa through Novo Holidays. Person who seeks employment in Canada is not eligible to apply through Novo Holidays.
3. Travel insurance is mandatory requirement for passengers traveling to Canada. Novo Holidays also provides Travel Insurance to passengers at an additional cost.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
Kindly provide the below color scan documenst in order to process the Canada Visitor Visa.
Tourist :
1. Application forms + family information forms.
2. Passport 1st address page with used pages copies in separate PDF file (New & Old passports)
3. One recent camera click photographs photo should be size 35 x 45 white background & matt finishing and 70-80% face of coverage.
4. Personal covering letter on company letter head (if self employed) or in normal paper if company employee.
5. If visit family/ friend- Invitation letter + passport copy 1st & address page + Valid PR copy.
6. If host sponsoring the trip then provide the bank statement for last 06 month + Salary slip for last 06 month + Utility bill
7. Occupation proof:-
If employee: Company Noc letter + Salary Slip for last 06 months.
If Self employed: Company registration copy + Company bank statement for last 06 months with bank seal & sign + IT returns for last 03 years
If Retired – Kindly share the pension bank account statement for 06 month or any other related documents.
If Student: School/ College id copy
8. Personal financial documents:-
Updated personal bank statement for last 06 month with bank seal & sign.
If you have any other saving investment proof, Bank FD or Mutual receipt copies.
ITR copies for last 03 years
9. Marriage certificate copy
10. For applicant age is under 18 birth certificate copy
Business :
1. Application forms + family information forms .
2. Passport 1st address page with used pages copies in separate PDF file (New & Old passports)

4. Company covering letter + Company GST copy
5. Invitation letter
6. Financial documents:-
- Updated personal & company bank statement for last 06 month with bank seal & sign.
Personal & company ITR copies for last 03 years
- If you have any other saving investment proof, Bank FD or Mutual receipt copies.
PROCESSING TIME : 30 Working Days
Please note: Verification cases could take longer depending on the Canada High Commission.
PAYMENTS
Applicants can pay Visa and other fees through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking and IVR
Note, Once the applicant receive the Passport submission approval letter then we will go on VFS website and fill up the web courier form for passport submission and additional charges of Rs. 1860/- each and or physical VFS passport submission the applicant will be go to personally at VFS center and drop the passport as per the schedule appointment date.

• Visa fees and Service charges are not refunded if your application is refused by the Canadian High Commission, New Delhi.
• The issuance of visa is the whole and sole prerogative of the concerned Consulate/Embassy of the sovereign state over which we do not have any control. We merely act as a document delivery agent between the customer and the concerned Consulate/Embassy and shall in no way be responsible for any delay or refusal in the issuance of visa by the respective Consulate / Embassy.
