2. Clear Colored Front and Last full page of Valid Indian passport copies with minimum validity of six months.

3. Hotel Confirmation Voucher.

4. Confirm Airline Tickets.

5. Last 03 months bank statement.

6. Applicant Mobile number.

7. For Conference Visa, need below documents:

Copy of application letter written by the inviting company to the Main Department for immigration and Nationality Affairs of Ethiopia.

Copy of Business Licence (renewed for fiscal year) of the inviting company.

Copy of Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).

Copy of Invitation letter (Invitation letter should mention details of Conference briefly such as Conference name, Start date, End date & Venue).

PROCESSING TIME
