Note: Pre-registration approval is an electronic authorization to get the visa on arrival at Qatar airport.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR PRE-APPROVAL OF VISA ON ARRIVAL FOR QATAR

Currently Qatar is issuing the visa on arrival for that Pre registration approval is required and other type of visa currently suspended .
Currently Only Fully vaccinated  passengers can avail pre-registration approval for Qatar and Visa on arrival for 30 days in Qatar only for ECNR passport holder.
Kindly find the Qatar Pre Registration Documents attached above.

• Intended date of arrival in Qatar.
• Copy of first and last page of passport.
• Passenger Contact Number.
• If passenger has gone through Covid-19 then passenger need to provide us Date and Country.
• Recently visited Country in last 10 days.
• Copy of Negative PCR report (Proper PDF Copy- Bar code should be able to scan)
• Copy of Vaccination Certificates (Proper PDF Copy- Bar code should be able to scan)
• Confirmed Hotel Booking (Proper PDF)(Proper PDF)(Hotel Should be booked from Discover Qatar)
• Ticket Copy

• We can apply for Pre Registration prior 1 days before Departure date.

  Please Note :- Passenger need to Quarantine for 01 days or 05 days, totally depends upon the Qatar Immigration and approval as per there requirement.

Note: Please note, the 30 Days & 90 Days Business visa categories are applicable only for Males aged below 60 years. The Business visa categories are not applicable to Females, irrespective of any age.

PROCESSING TIME

The Normal processing time is 8-10 Qatar Working Days except for Friday, Saturday and any Qatar Holiday. However it may take some more time if it is pending with the Security Department.

Applicants can pay Visa and other fees through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, IVR and Google Pay.

Things to do in Qatar

#1 Visit the Museum of Islamic Art:
The Museum of Islamic Art is located in Doha and is built off an island. The museum is 5 storied and included temporary and permanent galleries, a gift shop, library, cafe and a 200-seat theatre. External facilities include a cycling park, walking park, cafes, etc. The Museum contains art from 3 continents over 1,400 years. The collection includes ceramics, jewelry, textiles, glass, etc obtained from the three continents.
 
#2 Dune Bashing:
If there’s one thing that you should not miss out on during your stay in Qatar, is the dune bashing. From steep sand dunes to flat roads, the experience is thrilling and adventurous. One can also spend the night in one of the luxurious Arabian tents and enjoy a night under the stars.

#3 Shop at Souq Waqif:
This Souk is located in Doha, Qatar. It is famously known for selling traditional souvenirs, garments, spices, etc. The Souq has restaurants of different cuisines such as Syrian and Lebanese. Other things to visit in and around Souq Waqif are; the horse stables, falconry museum, gold souk and the Souq Waqif Art Center.
